We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Special thanks to all the staff we encountered from reception, Conceirge and F&B. Purposely will not mention names so I don’t forget anyone. The room was big and spacious, food was yummy, pool was fantastic and overall was comfortable stay.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, who went out of their way to make us feel at home. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big difference and set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and very comfortable — everything was exactly as it should be for a stress-free stay. The spa was a real highlight: beautifully designed, peaceful, and a perfect place to unwind and recharge. The hotel itself truly has everything you need — whether you're looking to relax, explore, or simply enjoy some downtime. And the restaurant? Absolutely amazing! Every dish we tried was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell the kitchen puts great care into every detail. We had a fantastic experience and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a bit of pampering!

First of all, I've stayed in beautiful hotels all over the world, from New York to Paris, Rome, Warsaw and so on, but this hotel is special. I thought with my girlfriend about what could be optimized and we came to the conclusion that there is nothing. That's why I can only emphasize what stood out. For us, this included the attention to detail and the fact that our special wishes were fulfilled perfectly. The food is great for breakfast and dinner, nothing more needs to be said. The spa area is very nice, you are provided with everything. The rooms are kept perfectly clean and you are never disturbed. The staff is very nice, professional and can read your every wish. A recommendation through and through

Really attentive staff, very well managed spa facilities, beautiful rooms. If you don’t mind spending 30 minutes to 1 hour to get to the old city (they have a free shuttle but we did not use) this is a no brainier. But this is the best spot to wall down to Byder Aliyev Center which is an amazing building with an amazing selection of art, crafts and classic cars.
